SUSAN took our reservation but did nothing but quote a price. Which spot? Chuck was very nice, said the lady that took our reservation should have told us where to park and emailed a confirmation with the information.
We pull in and I call the 800 number to find out where we park. It looks like blocks of city street had been dug up. The roads getting to the park were horrible. The place is deserted, nothing but a bunch of empty pads and 2 other RVs. I thought it was a little high for the rate she quoted me over the phone ($44.10 with our discounts), but the pics looked nice and the location was good so I figured.one night we do not need restrooms/showers for our 40' diesel pusher anyhow. I was aware that there were no restrooms/showers onsite. We made reservations for one night at Boomtown on a quick trip to the MS Gulf Coast. We have stayed in luxury RV resorts with every amenity possible, lush campsites & beautiful scenery to dirt/gravel campsites with nothing more than hookups.
I have never written a bad review about any RV park we have stayed in. We have camped all over the the Southeastern United States, as far west as Arizona & north to Washington DC in the past 15 years.
